Letter to Friends of the Earth in which John Gormley promises to have the Climate Bill published before Christmas.
On Tuesday the 16th of November the Cabinet agreed to The Climate Change Bill. However the Greens did not release a press statement about this. The commitment to publish the Bill by Christmas is not secret or confidential, merely not publicised.
This letter is the reply from Minister Gormley to a request for information from us as to what had happened at Cabinet and when the Climate Bill would be published.
