Friends of the Earth Ireland is seeking an independent external evaluator to work with us on a consultancy basis from March 2024 until the end of our 3-year multi-annual project due to finish at the end of August 2025.

Overall Aim: 

The external evaluator’s role will be to measure the overall impact and the extent to which expected outcomes of the project have been met. The evaluator will also identify the lessons learned from the project and make recommendations for how Friends of the Earth can improve future Global Citizenship Education (GCE) projects.

 

Outputs:

  1. Develop and agree a suite of Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) tools for use by the Friends of the Earth team
  2. Mid-term evaluation report (August 2024)
  3. Final Evaluation Report (end of August 2025) including an Executive Summary
